New to Z scale::mrgreen:
Need to get the tender apart to install a decoder.
Don't see any screws or snaps that hold the body to the floor.
See two pins that are part of the body that go through the floor.
The rear pin also holds the coupler on. It looks like the pins have been hot welded to hold the two parts together.
Do I have to drill ( or cut) the welds to get it apart?
If that is the case,what and how do I put it back together?
Man these thing are small!
