Alright! Almost done with the holes! ;-) And for SOME REASON there are 14 more on the printouts than I need!
Fourteen holes that I cut out and glued together before I now realize there is no place to put them!!
So of course it feelt like there were to many holes to build, because there were! Arrgh!
-----
Ah, well! On with the build! I have made my first own addition to the build, two tacks placed on the bottom plate!
Why? I will show you in the next picture.

Now, as you can see from the original movie prop in the bottom of the picture, there are two tack-like-thingies on the plate! So I wanted it too! That´s why I added them! :)
Also, had I not found a picture of the bottom part of the "real" prop, I would never have understood why the silver part was supposed to be in that direction.

Oh, I decided to add a little something again! On the flip side of the counter side nothing is really going on, so I made a data plate to put there!
--> Feel free to use it if any of you builders out there like it! ;-)
For serial number I just put the date when the build finished, with six digits, as a reminder later on when I look back on this build and can´t remember when it was built! :)
I also printed it twice and cut out the tacks from one of them to put on the other to get the look of real tacks.
Could of course be done better, with just the tacks on the paper next to the plate, but hey, it´s a start!
I have no measurements for this data plate, sorry about that, I just used "trial and error" to make it fit!

This is what the data plate looks like when attached.
It can of course be put anywhere on the model, this is just the placement I choose for mine! :)

As a last minute detail I made a "name tag" for cosplay, just to make it say USCM somewhere on the outfit!
You know, United States Colonial Marines! Complete with logos.
Feel free to use this as well, as much as you like! :)
In the next picture I am wearing it...

YES! Go cosplay! :)
Well, I haven´t used this yet, and I don´t even know if I will, this was only a picture test!
I just put the name plate/name tag on a random camo jacket and took a photo!
It shows partly thru the top handle of the rifle.
Anyway, now it´s possible to see that the model really is full size, scale 1:1.

Ok, that´s it with this build!
It´s finished and I couldn´t be happier! :)
I actually have my own M41-A Pulse Rifle!!!!
I can´t tell you how long I wanted to own this movie prop in any form, feels extra great that I actually built this myself! ;-)

A big, big, THANK YOU to Jan Rükr who made this model more than ten years ago!! Fantastic work, just terrific!!

To dnalor;
Thanks! I am not going to use it for cosplay, will just be a display item, I was just toying with the idea that it probably would work! :)
I am going to be VERY careful with this!

To Rogerio Silva;
Thank you so much! Glad you like it! I am very happy with it! ;-)

To Revell-Fan;
:) Good one! I actually already fooled my friend with a photo, he absolutely thought it was a "real" movie prop! :)

Thanks a lot! It was a hard build and I am happy it turned out ok!
Feels like anything else I build after this will seem easy! :)
