Looking for Tugboat info

I'm building a CNR tugboat for my club's layout and I need some infromation from the October 1999 issue Of Railroad Model Craftsman. Does anyone have it? (it has an article on Cn tug #6)
I need to know the paint scheme of the tug when it was originally in service. I already know that the hull was black and and superstructure was white. I need to know the color of the funnel and doors.

That's not quite what I'm after. I just need some paint colors.
Ironically the tug sat in Kelowna (where I am) for many years. But it was in a different paint scheme. It's now in penticton (am hour's drive south) at a museum, being restored. I sent am e-mail to the museum but they never replied back to me.

I also need to know if there was any Canadian National insignia on the boat, particulary the Funnel.
