I got a call from my youngest son's teacher asking for me to help with scenery for the 4th grade musical in March. They would like a medieval village.

Does anyone offer a set of medieval buildings?

I figured that I'd go over to an appliance store Monday morning and get what refrigerator boxes I could for building material.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks, Mauther, that will do nicely.
I'll throw a couple of buildings together tomorrow and take them in Monday to show the teachers that are involved. It ends up being a win-win-win situation. I get to build models without having to find a place to display them, the teachers get the scenery for their musical and I ge to put the time I spend working on it down as volunteer time at work, so the school gets $10 an hour for my time.

Here is a place with some ideas about building structures using large appliance boxes.

You can also buy some special rivets for use with the cardboard boxes.
