Hi All,

After a 30 year hiatus, I finally have the time to put together an HO or N scale layout. I have an 8' x 12' corner of the basement and wanted to model logging in Michigan in the late 1800's. I was thinking of somewhere in the northern half of the lower peninsula or maybe the upper peninsula so I could also do iron ore mining. I checked out my local library for books, but they did not have much. Can anyone suggest some logging/railroad books for this time period and area?

Thanks
