Well ... I found C3P0 to be "difficult" to spit out a reasonable 1/6 scale model and retain some "posability". Then I think yeah this is not gonna work without an internal skeleton with exterior sections and then a workable vanilla was not working at all...

Then seeing you ACTUALLY getting Robbie from what I think would be a near impossible mesh into a real card model makes me think ... UHU's going to pull this off.
