This is a pic of a fictional, hydrogen powered, steam turbine locomotive I am working on. It is a little steam punk :)

Suggestions for a paint scheme ?

Very cool. Needs a couple of liquid-cooled machine guns on it. Maybe fold down armor plates on the windows with viewing slits?

I have always been partial to bright red wheels :D

    I like the sample there!

    That sample looks good.
How about dark green with red highlights, or dark green with gold highlights.:)

That model is so excellent I can't imagine any color hurting it. A car with a troop carier towed behind might be cool. It really looks great!

Thanks for the input, these are the schemes I like based on the suggestions. I may do a couple . . . or combine a couple. The black for the body, with a green tank for instance.

NOOOO!!!! Not Green and Gold...Brings back traumatic memories for me...

Schooner Beer and drinking to Col. Puff...staggering back up the hill to the H-Hut, hoping that the S-3's would remain presentable.

Yes but you were probably singing off key with your buddies and waking up all the Alices.

    Gold and Green

I really like the gold and green, but the bronze is a close second. I like red for the wheel spokes but gold or metal-colored rims.

Very cool train. Keep up the good work,

I would say that the texture for the copper looks the most realistic at the moment.
