LNG tanker

Does anyone know if there are any kits for an Liquid Nitrogen Gas type tanker? I want to build one for my brother who did a few crusies on them while at Kings Point Academy.

I think this is a Liquidfied Natural Gas tanker, but maybe you can mod it
