Anybody into Lego Trains? I've seen them before, and it sounds like a god idea. You know, buy a kit, make your own train, or make any train that you desire to make! That's all I know. Is it worth getting into?

I don't know much about them but every year at the Greenburg Train Show here in the Washington DC area a young man has set up his Lego train display. He has a station and town buildings, houses, in addition to a working train (see the photo). It attracts young and old alike.:-D :-D

Lego Trains are what got me into MRR!!!

I used to love playing with them but now Im selling them all off cause they are just in a box taking up room.

I still have some of them left if anyone is interested.

Lego trains... the one part of Lego I never got into, although I wish I had...! ;)

There's a big "user group" in Ottawa called ParLUGment -> ParLUGment. They put on a display as part of Railfair every year. They are quite prolific, and always have interesting things, including many "scratchbuilt" trains running around.
