Layout plan needed for a 15'x12' room

HI..

I'm in search of a track plan for my 15'x12' room (shed).

I would like to model the FRISCO railway about 1960/70. I would also like some mainline running with staginging plus a some swithing. A few bridges and a water front with rail ferry. A duck under is OK too.

My favourite plan for a room about this size is Mike Hamer's Boston & Maine. It has many of the features you are looking for, and you may be able to add the waterfront with the extra room you have (Mike's is 11x13).
