Thanks everyone, just back and wanted to repeat that the Lackawanna unit belongs to my friend Jim. The property to the left of the house wll hold one predominate tree, with a "tire " swing dangling from a rope. A kid swinging in it, the tire will be a ferrite core and by having a magnet moving back and fourth under the "tire" it should swing. And a 6' fence in front of the backdrop, with a bear looking over it. The father running from the porch to the kid. Someday. Not to soon. Got the Garfield branch to work on first.
