Kato to release California Zephyr

Many of you may have already heard that Kato will release a full 'correct' 11 car set of this beautiful train in December. When I modeled HO, I always wanted one of those, but these were no proper car available. Now Broadway Limited will release those this year as well. :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

Now I am just modelling N Japanese, but I would consider this to be the only non-Japanese train I would get in N scale. Kato will also do the CB&Q F3 locos and some PA's as well.

What does everyone think about this release???

What do I think? I sometimes feel like that true style ended around 1957.... :D

I can't wait. If I only had the money for it.... (the new computer ate all of my "play" money and then some!) I love the Streamline and Deco looks. Things today are functional, but kinda ugly to my eyes. :rolleyes:

Can't wait to see what they look like. I wonder if I could win the lottery. Oh, right, I have to play first! :eek:ops: :)

ps: I just realized that while I'm typing this, I have 50's Elvis mp3s playing on my computer.... :thumb:
