    Yeah, and leased out. It hadn't been used in a year and was declared unsafe.:eek: I wonder now who is going to be responsible for the damage.:confused:

    Where do they have an "indoor rail yard" that will handle 98 cars?

    Is this the same derailment that another report said was "leaking brake fluid"?

    a bridge that is only used once per year? That doesn't sound cost effective to replace.

    Depends on what else uses that spur of track and how difficult it would be to re-route the trains to that or any other facility.
