No problem, the other "models" also looked nice...

I also saw that, but I didn't think that this advertising could have been a problem. The European yellow press and the gossip TV magazines usually show more bare skin than this site. I know less about the PG campain...

I will edit my quote reply because the old download link is still there.

 Panzer, cheers for doing that.

A little update on my progress and a tip.....

The tip first... Don't Drink tea anywhere near your build.
Halfway through the light section bit I had a sip of tea and dribbled over it!!!.
The air was blue as I looked at 1 hours worth of work down the pan, im a slow builder :). I'm still looking for the hole in my chin?.

Anyway couldn't sleep hence the post at 3.15am so I made it again.
    Heres a few shots.

Looks scruffy because i'm rushing to get it built before I get fed up of it lol.
If anyone else is attempting it i'd love to see your progress.

    Great work man!

If it looks as good in person as it does in your photos I wouldn't call it scruffy. Touch up a few edges with a black marker and in some of your pictures I'd be hard pressed to tell it was paper.

Great work Rebostar. Wish I had time to test build it for you, but I'm afraid I'll have to wait for the finished product. Keep up the great work.

Your having trouble because of me and my inability to texture.

I tranfered my model into Pepakura texureless, created the development and tranfered it to Paintshop.

You could do the same as I did, but take more care not to cover up score lines and what-nots with any colour or detail you might add.

sjsquirrel, the camera shows it in a nicer light..lol

I will get back to it in a few days.

Thanks for the continued interest in this build...

Excuses, excuses are all I have to offer at the moment....(see tip below).

I will hopefully get to it during this bank holiday weekend and finish it.
All I need to do now is the handgrip, trigger and a few other little bits so it all looks do-able.

If anyone else is building this or thinking of ... build the large grey mid section first, then glue the other components to this piece. If you try building it my way and your parts are not dead flat, it will cause crushing on the mid section.

Tip No2... If you get a KFC and it tastes...erm...funky, don't eat it, no matter how hungry you are!. Think Eye of a needle combined with an illness on par with motion sickness.:sad:

Just a little update... Please excuse the blurry picture, I had 5 secs of power in the camera before it went flat.

I'm almost certain i'll finish this up tomorrow, i'll post some better pictures too.

Edit to add......The hand grip isn't done yet, that's just the one side hanging in there.
