Someone seems to be asleep at the switch (or throttle:D ) so I'll try starting this one off this week.

Tomorrow I have to do some work on the car, tearing the steering column apart to tighten up the tilt mechanism. I've done it before but it'll still take me a couple hours i figure.
On the modeling front I plan to finally finish off the GP-7 that i've been painting for my club. All that need doing now is to paint the handrails and give it one last coat of dullcote to seal it, then it's off to another club member's house for the rewiring. I'm also picking up another IHC hudson from another club member for re-painting and while I'm at it I'll airbrush the club's SW1200 and my RS-3. Yes I'm actually working on one of my own projects. Of course there's lots of other projects that I could work on, It would just take a couple pages to list them all!

I'll be putting NARA decals on both N and HO cars and locos.

I've already resized the pics from last weekends Shriner trainshow just need to post them here and on the NARA forum.

I will be reworking one of my standard TTRAK modules. The plan is to make it square that means another 4" of space front to back for scenery.:D

Tomorrow we are going to the Port Huron train show. This will be my first time there, and yes I am definately looking forward to going.

I'm hoping to finish up painting the first W&N caboose. A few coats of Oxide Red have been airbrushed on, now I just need to do the roof and details in black. Still need to pick up some decal paper though.

Glen, thanks for picking up for me. It is been a rough few days. My father-in-law got in an accident with our van on Thursday afternoon and had to got to the ER. He is OK, the van is in the shop, and I have a rental. I need to make this post before I go to bed Thursday night and I didn’t. At work I can’t always access the Gauge because the filtering software mistakes it for a porno sight with a similar name.

Last night we will be attended a Wilmington Blue Rocks game. The Blue Rocks are the Boston Red Sox Class A Carolina League affiliate. My kids got free tickets to the game through their school for completing a reading challenge last month. Today was my son’s birthday party. Tomorrow he has a baseball game.

I still would like to finish weathering the nine Atlas 2-bay open hoppers that are still on the workbench. Then there is the stream area on the layout and track crying out to be weathered.

After a superlong hiatus after leaving New Orleans, I'm finally building a new layout. I'm currently working on Scenic Ridge layout, with my own little touches to the track plan.

I'm hoping the misses let's me hit the hobby shop today to pick up some flex track. Kinda at a standstill on figuring out riser placement without it!

Planning on adding a 2nd loop around the back, and 2 or 3 spurs in the middle. Not sure which buildings/industries are going in yet though.

I spent 2 days at the Great British Train Show. I completed (mostly) the public house that I started before Christmas, and did a lot of work on an engine shed. All in card, of course.
I took one of Robin's models for display, also an operating interlocking system.
