Yes, that's been the argument on many forum sites. You need an aircraft radio to fly it, yet it floats. One person commeted that it can't be an airboat because they don't sell! It will scoot along on dry ground but it's not really a good idea as it will wear out the carbon fiber skids under it quickly. It would be fun even if you only equipped it with a 2-channel surface radio and ran it on the water only as it does seem to scoot right along.
