Hi Lisac1606. I moved your post to the "Introductions" section as we require an Introduction and this post seemed entirely appropriate. Nice collection and very nice craftsmanship! Welcome to the forum. Please take time to read the Rules and Policies here: http://www.zealot.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=623

Just took care of the posts in the "UHU Appreciation Thread". The thread is reserved for thanking UHU for his work, and showing the build of one of his models is probably the best way to show appreciation. Usually a complete one though. It would be nice if you (when you do), make a model, post an individual build thread for each one. We look forward to seeing your technique. You models looks really well made, so expect questions and inquiries from people genuinely interested in your work. This forum does not tolerate any insulting and no of our members do that, so you can take every comment with a positiveness about it. You have a nice collection of models. Great stuff there! :)

p.s. As you are a new member, some of your posts with pics may not show up. If this happens, send me a P.M. (Private Message) and I will take care of it promptly. This will pass as you post more. It is the filter software adjusting to your posts and alerting us of possible SPAM.:)

Thank you guys! That means a lot coming from great builders like yourselves. I've been lurking the forums for a few years now, just now thought I'd show my stuff. Thank you very much for your kind replies!

Hi Lisac1606, you are gifted with an awesome talent. While looking at your models, it looks like a properly finished manufactured product by machine. Just awesome! How long do you take to complete one plane model i.e., the first one above?

Welcome aboard and I have greatly enjoyed your photos. Thank you for sharing. Ninjatoes models were some of my first builds and they are very basic in nature. You can go one step further and embellish his models into very interesting builds. Check out the Rubicon build threads to see what I mean. Remember, the name of the game around here, is to enjoy and have fun. Hope to see some more and see you around the forum.

Hi! Thank you for your compliments! For the Viper model, it took me around 3-4 days, each day 2-3 hours work time to complete it. It was printed a few years ago, I just couldn't make myself build it... For Normandy, it was a few days longer, since it's more complicated.

Yeah, my first Ninjatoes' model a few years ago was the Defiant (the old one, hand made drawings). I always thought of building his DS9, but it's just too much for me at the moment, already have queued up a few models for the summer, like Battlestar Pegasus, Normandy SR1, and various Star Wars models... Hope to finish them before my exams start in September....

Anyhoo, it's a great community, I'm glad that I'm finally a part of it :)

I'm always surprised how fast one can build these models.
It would take me weeks to complete one model such as the Viper, not the 12hrs you have spend one it. Great job !

I love Star Trek models! Though I have had problems with the ninjatoes ones. Some of them don't have suitable instructions
