There are no models of this, but I wish there were... :)

The name of the satellite is Misty. It's an advanced recon satellite. Apparently it's very similar to the Hubble Telescope, except it's pointed at the ground. Most of the info (and hypothetical pictures and diagrams) are at MISTY AFP-731. At the upper right of the page, there are links to pictures and schematics like I posted here.
As far as ease of designing... I've never gotten good enough with Pepakura to even attempt it. :) It would definitely be a model no one has seen yet. I'm trying to get in touch with the guy who drew the diagrams to see if I can somehow get a higher resolution photo.
There are lots of other spy satellites at this site, too. Military Imagery Intelligence Satellites. All of them are subjects I've never seen in paper model form before.

That would be great. I am still trying to learn how to use some of these programs and even a couple of cylinders are still too advanced for me. :)

I've been trying to work my way through that one. It's really helpful, actually. Hopefully when I have some time I can try to design something myself.

You seem to be handling those programs very well. The battery isn't a bad comparison to what I'm looking for -- the ship is a couple of cylinders glued together basically.
As far as pictures, this is about as good as it gets.

Even these photos are somewhat open to interpretation. These schematics and pictures are based on the best information anyone can gather (considering they're technically classified). I'll keep you updated with anything else I can find, though.

Looking good so far! You're doing the launch shroud very well.

Yes. The photograph of it in my previous posts show the satellite outside the missile shroud. The drawing shows the missile as an outline. You've got the right idea.

The doors are the solar panels I think. They open up after the missile fairing is discarded, after reaching orbit. The satellite is similar in composition to the Hubble Telescope:

That last pic was the Hubble Space Telescope. The design is very similar, though. Looking at the schematic that I provided in the first post and looking at pictures of Hubble will give you the idea, and sort of show the differences.
Here is another picture of Hubble. Misty's aft cylinder is slightly shorter, and the end of the tube is closed instead of open and doesn't have the flap sticking out. I'm trying to draw a better picture of it right now, if I can get my printer to work properly I'll send it along to you.

I made a simple sketch (not to scale at all). This is kind of the rough idea.
I appreciate that you are trying this out for me. This would be a great addition to the collection I have.
