This is the Pemco GG1 I fixed for Jim. It had electrical pickup problems. It turned out the rims were coming off the wheels and not making contact with the conductor strips to the axles.
Bob and I also tinkered with one of Jim's L/L BL2s (needs replacement wheelsets).
