It has been a few months since I was here. I just found out my idol of scratch building passed away in Oct. So sad. I was inspired by Matthyro's work to build a feed mill out of cardboard. I am speechless right now.

Sad time for us all, Pete. So many people knew him, loved him, and learned from him.

    My condolences

I had no idea, it has been a couple months for me as well:cry:

He sure was the Master of cereal board. I've never touched the stuff, but I've sure been inspired, by his great work!!

    RIP

    Guys,

It was indeed a sad day at The Gauge. But we have "preserved" Robin's work that he shared with us -> http://www.the-gauge.com/forumdisplay.php?f=57 in photo form.

In addition, thanks to friend and fellow Gauger "jimmybeersa", many of his actual models were distributed to Gauge members who now proudly display them on their own layouts.
