Tonight just for fun I decided to try and hook the Water Tower Diorama into the temporary layout so I could run some trains on it. Guess what it worked!

Here are the results. I apologize about the quality. The camera is old and outdated and the lighting is terrible, but the trains are running.

Tom, those are some great clips, that 0-8-0 is sure flying, thought it was a Hudson at first, -;)

Thanks everyone.

This was just one those hey I wonder if I can do that moments that actually worked. I did not realize how fast the train was going until I played back the video after I posted it. I was just so happy and surprised that it worked, running the train and using the digital camera to record it.

Here is how I hooked it into the layout. EZ-Track comes in real handy for this.
