I finally sprung for a new camera, so I thought I'd post some photos of my build of the EAS Breheny, a Hyperion-class heavy cruiser from the old "Babylon 5" TV show.

The model was basically built stock, except for a few "tweaks." I scratchbuilt the trusswork, then added some 3D panel detail at various appropriate places on the model. I scratchbuilt the plumbing, as well as the engine nozzles.

The model is available here: DPileggi and it is fairly well designed and a relatively easy build.

Le Gasp! I love it! You just peaked my interest for this model, I'm going to give it a try!

Very very beautiful. The extras really take it up a few levels.

I built one of these a year or so ago, with the intention of doing the same thing about detail and piping. Before I got to the details, my sons....played...with it. *sigh* bye bye nice model. Oh well.
