Huge thanks to CN1

Hi guys,

Just wanted to say that my trip to Calgary was great and that I couldn't have wished for a more gracious and generous host than Syl (CN1).

In one day we took in all the hobby stores (Trains and such is now down a GP-9 and several boxcars) Alyth, Ogden and the CN intermodal facility.

Too much to describe and there will be pictures when I get the slides developed and scanned.

Highlights included seeing 2 baby trainmaster (yes.. really) and what appears to be an old Alco S-1 (I'll be looking for help with the photo's for ID) as well as (get this) a C-Liner!! tremendous. Oh yeah and did I mention acouple of CN GMD-1s switching at the intermodal terminal
