Huge new kit (yes, huge!)

Hi all,
great news in czech republic, a very big kit has just been released :lol:
It comes in a book (447 pages) and it's a medieval city.
The city has:
82 houses, 2 churches, 2 townhalls, 1 synagogue, 1 watermill, 3 foutains, 7 towngates, 16 towers and bastions,1 bridge
The bonus is a Renaissance chateau
It has a total of 6,210 parts !

And, just for speaking, the dimensions of the finished thing? (how many rooms I should have to clear away...)

I could find no indication about scale.
The whole thing holds about 1 x 1.5 m
I measured a door: 1.3 cm. Assuming that a real door is 210-230 cm high, it gives a scale of 1/160 or 1/170 (not sure of my calculation ops: )
