How much additional wiring is really necessary for turnouts?

    Has anyone used duct tape to fix frog wiring for DCC? Maybe you could get rid of the shorts by putting a layer over the metal rails. :D

    Rick Green (who played "Bill" and did some directing) is a model railroader -- he was the speaker at the Toronto NMRA convention banquet. I apparently ran into him at a train shop, but only my wife recognized him. There's some train stuff on the table in Possum Lodge in one series.
    The show is in reruns on Cnadian cable.

    I think Duct tape would be way too thick for this purpose.
