I've been doing this card model thing for about a year now. Having great fun, it lets me build stuff in the office kitchen and on the couch with the family. I want to try and design some Hakos of my favorite PBS characters, Norm Abrams of the New Yankee Workshop and especially Roy Underhill of The Woodwright's Shop.

Is there a tutorial on putting together a simple paper model? I searched around the forum a bit, but I'm just a dabbler in this hobby, playing around with the free stuff in my spare time.

Any info or direction is greatly appreciated.

    thanks

Hako's aren't hard to design even in 2D, have you tried photoshopping or the sort?

On second thought, I haven't even seen one hako tutorial on the forums, please go ask the people who design them ^^

Thanks Lex, Photoshop is not my strongest program but I'm bashing around a bit. I was hoping there was a dead simple tutorial on the process. If I get something recognizable I'll post it.
