    Hi all.
I finally got these out of storage for these pictures. I've been waiting until they had a home or parking lot to go to but that might be a while so here they are. I'm still getting used to this camera so please excuse the blurry or out-of-focus shots.

First are my N scale cars. the ones up front are either diecast or detailed plastic. The ones in the back row are just cheap fillers. I have been waiting to add details, paint and weathering until they will be placed on my layout. (eventually)

Everyone was notified about the photo shoot, but there are always stragglers looking for a parking space.

These next ones are 1/87 Johnny Lightning slot cars that I bought for a planned combination slot & train layout that I hope yet one day to build. They are either on a slot car chassis or will fit on one.

There must be a thief working this parking lot. It took a lot of gall to take a tire from a police car. The question is, why only one?

These are special because they were hand made by mounting a diecast body on a slot chassis.

These are my slot trucks. They may be a bit out of scale, but the AFX ones are pretty close. They would be almost constantly on the move so except maybe for the (lime green :p) dump truck, any difference would be hard to spot. The mail truck is way out of scale, but it is a custom die-cast job and is pretty cool by itself.

The last picture is of some cars that I got at some big ShopWalCo chain store. In the store they looked pretty close to N scale. Unfortunately when I got home they were just a bit too big. Neat little cars though. Maybe use them as forced perspective on an HO layout.

So those are my vehicles so far. Hope I haven't bored you too bad.

I bought all of mine on eBay. I haven't looked in a long time but I would imagine that they still are. Just be sure to look for the ThunderJet models. I just Googled them and came up with several sites. They look different than the ones I got, but you could probably find out what scale they are. The hardest part was finding cars that you would actually see on the highway. I wasn't looking for any NASCAR.:mrgreen:
BTW, very nice heavy equipment you have there. :thumb: I'd like to get some more of those myself.

Thanks, I am putting the pics in a video I am making of my fire equipment. The pics are real cheesy without any people or fire hoses. and I had to move fast to get pics because it really burned FAST! I will post the video when I finish it. I got about a dozen pics, thanks for the comments.

I will mention that it was done outside, away from buildings, with wind blowing into a snow bank.

    New flatbed

I bought an 11 dolar boley flatbed at hobby shop and painted it tonight, it is suposed to look brand new. It was just purchased by my construction company, (work in progress) and will be contracted out on occasion along with one of my semis to the local lumber company, at which the photographs were taken. It was red.

So, I thought I would share some of the stuff I got for my christmas gifts. I asked for these things so I could do a construction company rental yard for heavy construction. The detail is great. The equipment is all Norscot with the exception of one or two. They were all on sale and the price couldnt be beat!

Nice set Combat. :thumb: I would really like to get a backhoe like that, but I do N scale and they are a bit harder to find at a reasonable price. :-(
