I apologize for the poor quality of the pictures. The origional photos look great. Something happened when I reduced them to post.

WOW!! Ray. Doesn't get a little tedious putting on all that detail? I envy you being able to work in all that detail.

    Ray,

    Truly inspirational as ever!!

Shame about the file size requirements here. Sure takes out a lot of pixels when you have to reduce the quality and size to fit.

Wow even a windfarm Ray. Do the blades spin?
    Great modelling friend.
Regarding picture size Ray, your pictures should be bigger.
The size limit is 640 pixels by 480 pixels. Now if resolution is too high save them as a jpeg file using a 50 percent level. This doesn't cause pictures to be of less quality. Your pictures then should be bigger.

Dave, I will e-mail them as soon as I figure out how.

    Robin.
the wind generators turn using a small Swiss made gearmotor. they can rotate from 3 to 60 rpm.

I worked on the pictures, see if this looks better.

That's a much better picture Ray.
Now I am curious about those wind generators. Did you scratchbuild them or did you buy them, and if so from whom. Thanks

    Robin

They are a walthers kit in HO. They measure about 200 scale feet in "N" scale. My research showes the larger ones out west are 211 ft. I had a problem finding motors small and slow enough to fit in the origional housing. Had to settle for a larger gearmotor and kitbash a new housing, which are not much larger then actual housings. The gearmotors are about the same price as a Atlas replacement motor if bought in quanity. The gearmotors are 12 v.DC. I run them at about 6vDC for about 30 RPM.
