Hi! My name is Carlos and I'm a 38 year old guy from France. English is a 3rd language, so expect mistakes and weird phrasing from me. I've been building paper models since I was 10. they're mostly tiny, toy-like and boxy. They replaced the toys I didn't get from my parents. Scales are an alien concept. I've built cars, bikes (only three 20 years ago, they were 2.4 cm long), buses, trucks, planes and helicopters. My cars/buses/trucks only had half wheels. I'm doing my first 100% computer-made design (using Inkscape): a family of tiny (around 5.5 cm) T-38 and F-5. I'm planning on doing the single-seaters and also the two-seaters. They're a bit boxy and I still have to design the air intake/engine pods pieces but my first test build (an F-5A) looks far better than my old T-38s. They only had a passing resemblance to the real planes. ETA: pictures here.
