I wanted to get my dcc controller off the table top, so I came up with this. Any store should have the hangers.

That works. Something else I've seen done is the velcro approach where its on the back side of the throttle and the other part stuck around the layout in various locations.

One neat thing I saw in a magazine somewhere, and what I plan on doing is this... get a miniature clipboard (or alternatively cut a regular size one down some) and attach the controller to it off to one side. Then put hooks around your layout facia so you can hang it up. Now, the extra thing is, and since we are both desiring to use car cards and waybills, you can use the clip to hold the paperwork as you walk around with the controller.

Since I ma using Digitrax Infrared, and the controllers have some cable permanently attached, I'll fasten some elastic or some method of keeping the cable from hanging down.
