    Greg,

Looks nice! At 3.91 MB don't be too suprised if your bandwidth is severely challenged though! Might consider zipping it with some program for faster downloads.

Hey guys... yup I ran into bandwidth problems, so I temporarily removed the .pdf file. I will reformat the .pdf into a regular web page...

    Stay tuned...

Glad I got it downloaded when I did! I read through it and it's VERY nicely done.
Can't wait 'till mine gets here in the mail.

Ralf at www.lighthousemodelart.com has generously agreed to post the .pdf on his site. You can find it in the "Paper Model Academy" section of his site.

WOW... thanks Ron... I very much appreciate that. For now I think I'll just leave it at Ligthhousemodelart.com ... and all of our forum guests can download the .pdf from there or just look at it via my site :D

    Greg,

Thank you for all the time and effort you put into the Halinski P-51 article. It will be a very helpful resource when I start building the Mustang I ordered from Lighthouse Model Art last night.

What model are you going to build next?

    A truly masterful job, Glen!
Great read, superb photos and clear explanation for us not inclined toward things above the water. :D
    Seriously, an excellent manual!

Thank you all very much for your kind words :D Actually part of the fun of the build was writing the article concurrently with the build.

As for the next project... well I still have to decide between the HMV Bismarck that Scorpio built or the Halinski Bismarck the Rob is building (on our Polish sister site)... I already bought the Halinski Bismarck but I still haven't decided... :? If I'm gonna spend the next 6 months on a project I want to be sure I'm doing the right one

    Greg,

What is the address you used when you emailed Halinski to request an english version of the instructions for their P-51D model?

Well, I'd have to say that Lighthouse is VERY fast getting the orders out. I ordered the kit last week or end of the week before and it got here today.

Ya... Ralf at Lighthouse is very quick indeed. I have actually met Ralf and he's a great guy who's trying to make this business work. It's more of a hobby for him really... he just wanted to get a distribution point available in Canada/North America so that guys like us could get our goods that much faster

Remember, he's not just a distributor, but also a fellow card board modeler... has been for many years so I guess he can sympathise with us modelers' urges to build stuff at soon as possible

    Cheers...
