I just found this new program from google. It is called google desktop serch. It makes finding files lightning fast. It is great for finding certain pictures. It shows thumnails too. It is faster to find pictures useing this than it would be navigating the typical tree structure. Works and looks just like the normal web serch google or the google toolbar. , but their desktop search iv'e found to be better and it doesn't have the fluff associated w/ google desktop search.
