yep, I know, there weren't any built. But on the off chance there was a good one built where would I get some of them?

HO and/or HOn3 (steam).

I am not to concerned whether tank, dockside or otherwise and can even stuff in another motor.

I am not real hung up on prototype stuff either and my favorite creation was a cute, hard working 0-4-0 cab forward.

I don't get invited to many clubs but my line moves a lot of logs and ore in some tough terrain.

Great bunch you have here. Just found it and rate this board right highly.

Thanks

Have you checked out ebay? There are 48 different 0-4-0's listed today, and quite a few are Mantua, as well as other makes.
I just sold a 1970 Rivarossi 0-4-0 at the Barrie-Allendale (Ontario/Canada) train show last weekend, so train shows are a possible source.
You could also put up a post in the Buy & Sell section of this website.
good luck / Mike
