    I'm slowly working on building some of the major milestones in human spaceflight in 1/48 scale. Figured that no collection would be complete without Goddard's 1926 rocket. So I took the model from Surfduke's site and scaled it down. The model didn't have a scale but fortunately had some drawings with dimensions and was able to get it pretty close. Still need to do some tweaking, but overall I'm happy with it considering that's some pretty thinly cut paper!

    All your efforts were worth it for that last photo of Goddard and the Saturn V. Priceless.

    Hi

    I think you did a great job on that model. A nice addition to your collection.

    - and a delayed happy new year to all of you.

    Great Build:thumb::thumb:

    The Goddard/Saturn V photo shows just what was achieved in a mere 41 years from Goddard's Rocket launch to the first launch of a Saturn V:eek:
