Hey all,
My name's Nathan, I'm from Canada, and I like costume building along with firearms, video games, and neglecting research proposals. I have a few builds under my belt, and a few under way right now- only started a few months ago and I already can't find time to do anything else.

Just a few of the recent jobs-

Haha, thanks!
Really? I get that sometimes. It does play to an advantage, though.
Sadly as of last night I scrapped the idea and am giving the helmet to someone that'll be finishing it (95% done! All that was left was the breathers, and I just.. lost all motivation) and am whipping up a smaller, sleeker design.

is the Old Snake WIP now- just got his vest done and 100% accurate, as well as the belt and leg rig (the rappelling harness will be done when I find some coyote brown cordura strapping). Going to try and stitch the undersuit together this weekend, if the spandex and vinyl actually decide to not unthread the machine horribly.

The reason there's so many WIPs is because nothing ever gets done, there's so many projects at any given time..

Well, we wouldn't want the actual model, it would be nice to have templates though!

Welcome aboard. There are a few HALO stuff floating around that may interest you. Since it looks like you are into Cosplay, maybe when you feel comfortable with the site you may do a thread on how you make your costumes (in a separate thread). There are many accessories like guns and rifles here that may be of use to your needs. By the way, be sure to check on the rules and the downloading procedures. Once you get done with that, you will find this site has a lot to offer for your enjoyment. Enjoy and see you around the forum.

Thanks! May just do that, have so many on the go it's ridiculous. Here's the queue for getting fibreglassed right now.

Just started. This stuff smells like death.
The garage door is open behind the cameraman, it wasn't an enclosed space- I wish I could afford a rebreather, but this mask is rated for fibreglass and organic vapours anyhow.
