I am just getting into this hobby and I wanted to start with O gauge. I was reading into it and I know the different types of "O" such as
O-27,O-31. I was thinking about getting a Lionel Starter kit.I was wondering if I should either A: get a starter kit and see how I like it or build something from scratch and kinda wing it as they. IfI were going to get a starter kit any recommendations and I spend pretty much much up to about 500 case I know this is not a cheap hobby.
