I added some photos to my Gallery of my Gemini-Titan in 1/48th scale. There's a long and boring description of the build here:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Space-Paper-Models/message/1661 but the short version is the model is kind of a kitbash, using parts from the Delta 7 Studios 1/96th-scale Gemini-Titan (which I had enlarged to 1/48th scale) and the Gemini-Titan designed by Ton Noteboom at John Leslie's site, http://jleslie48.com/.

The silver portions of the Titan were printed on a paper named "aluminum lines," a cast coated text paper manufactured by Wyndstone. I got it at my local art-supply store. The rest of the model was printed on various kinds of coated and uncoated white card stock.
