Today I read an article on Geert Weggen, a 50-year-old Swedish / Dutch nature photographer. For four years he has been photographing some very special models: squirrels! He has spent so much time with them that he is even able to feed them with his mouth! Even more remarkable are the photos he takes. Instead of just going into the wild and shoot everything he sees he builds up small scenes and uses special props like miniature tools, toy horses, small teddy bears, mini books, vehicles and furniture to create unique works of art. Somehow his work and attitude reminds me of Bob Ross. Just take a look at his website and portfolio here: https://geertweggen.com/ https://geertweggen.wixsite.com/photography https://www.buzzinity.com/wild-squirrels-photographed/ https://www.google.com/search?q=geert weggen&client=firefox-b&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjog7nw5KHdAhWrgVwKHYx4DdEQsAR6BAgDEAE&biw=1366&bih=626#imgrc=AKhDOEkpOxAwqM: He has won several awards for a good reason.
