For some good live steam pics see http://mssls.info/tomm/Home.htmlhttp://mssls.info/tomm/Home.html
Thats a neat link ST wish I could afford to get that loco but the gauge is smaller than I would want.
That's OK. I'm glad you enjoyed looking. The picture was taken at Durand, Michigan during their Railroad Days festival last year. Durand was, and still is, a famous crossroads for trains in Michigan. We will be back this year in May. See our schedule at http://www.smallscalelivesteamers.info/
Since this is supposed to be O scale live steam as well as G Scale, I thought I'd post this picture of my only O scale live steam locomotive. It is a Maxwell Hemmens Ogwen. It was photographed at the Pennsylvania Live Steamers park. The track was Mike Moore's dual gauge, (O and G) portable track.
It was what we call a good plume day, cool and damp. If you look closely at the plume, you can even see the exhaust chuffs!
That is a sweetie Tom. Can almost hear it puffing along.
When did you take that picture, was it during a meet at PLS?
It was Memorial Day weekend, 2001 at the PLS.
