Ernst Udet's version of the D-VII is my favorite, but shouldn't the horizontal tailplane have "Du Doch Nicht"? I think it means something like, "Certainly Not You", a nice taunt if anyone ever got on his tail!

I just received an email from Krys, and he's going to contact the owner of the magazine. He thinks he'll be getting some of these in the store at some point..

Oh my gosh!! I've been away from the forum and almost missed this thread...sure glad I didn't!:grin:

That is a beautiful model...one I've been looking forward to seeing for quite a while. In case I fall asleep again I would love it if someone posts an update when it becomes available....please?:grin:
