Flex track and foam

What is the best method for temporarily installing flex track on foam.

I want to try a couple different ideas that involve using flex track for making large radius turns.

never tried it...but...how about double sided tape? Or that double sided foam tape?

I use "tee" headed pins, available at office supply stores, and push them down through the little holes in the middle of the ties. If you want to try rolling stock over the track use track nails. They will hold fairly well for testing unless your curve is so tight that track tension will push them out.

I use the T topped pins as well - a few of the placed on angles, etc - and you've got a home run...

I've used ordinary straight pins through the holes in the ties. Some pins have bigger heads than others

I use straight pins outside the rails and between the ties. Spikes are too short and pop up. I don't like the look of pins in the middle of ties (but I have done it).
