These are a couple of models that I've done over the Thanksgiving Holiday:

Oddball Productions F3D Skynight. I'll take some daytime photos later, but I thought it might be fun to try some night shots, since this is a night fighter after all. Like the F-86, the canopy is Duck brand packing tape, except this time frosted since there was no cockpit included in the kit and I was to lazy to scratchbuild one. I've been a fan of this plane ever since I saw one at the National Museum of Naval Aviation in Penscola, Florida. Special thanks to Aaron Murphy for bringing this and other cool and unique aircraft to life in card.

Der Kampflieger F-86 Sabre "Mig Mad Marine." This is the F-86 that John Glenn flew in the Korean War as part of an Air Force exchange program. He managed to take down three Mig-15's with this aircraft.

    Excellent!

Those are some great pics of some great builds of some very cool planes. I love the night shots and the way you've illuminated them. Very inspiring. I need to get more creative with my photos.

    Thanks for sharing.
