    nice job on the build so far tiluchi.
    great design thunderchild.
    feel bad I wont get the chance to build this great plane from a great series...(sob).
    but then at my build speed that wouldn't be for another ten months...years...decades... awww who am I kidding I would print it out the next day then stare at it for ever!! lol

    Now it's time to do de "radome". This part is not so complicated but needs a lot of care on the building process in order to look nice and smooth.
    Everything must fit perfectly and be properly aligned. Specialy the borders.

    Now at the time of gluing the radome to the ship, first of all the supports must be reinforced. Then, to put everything in its place.

    Here is the radar fixed in its position. Even when i shake the model that thing doesnt move. :thumb:

    Here is where i droped the ball.... The display base.

    I only could achive a nice finish in the first half. The other half was a disaster. So I decided to make it simpler by just making a solid stand for the first half that was fairly ok.

    The final result is not that bad... at least...is very functional.
