    Hi All,

I am wondering whether any of you have used embossing powder. I'm pretty sure some of the contributors have used it (or is that paint?).

Embossing powder is sold in craft shops for raised printing effects on card stock. It's really an low temperature plastic powder coating used with an adhesive to make it stick to the surface until a heat gun melts the powder adhering it to the surface. I've tried using silver and black with some interesting results, some good, some not so good. It has the tendency to make the paper look like, well, er, plastic....,

It would be great to find one that produces a flat color surface. This would have the effect of "welding" different parts together making them seamless.

Be interesting to see if this goes anywhere...,

    Best regards, Gil
