Thank you for the ideia, but I will nor reinforce de model. Thecorners seems quite strong for its weight.
About the glass case, I will soon have an entire showcase not only for the tower but for all of my models.

I managed to build the elevator of the third floor and started cutting the last pages of the model. Little more than two A3 sheets. Some work isn´t in the pictures but it is already done.

Maybe some coats of a flat clear coat on the outside, and inside, to keep out moisture. She'll twist and fall down as she absorbs moisture. It is such a beautiful piece, truly magnificent! :)

    Please, don't!

    Tino

Please do not feel challenged to do something that could ruin a beautiful work! Do it ONLY if you're absolutely sure you can do it, Tino.
Me, I think it's great the way you've done so far.:thumb::thumb::cool::cool:
    All the best,

    Your time will come...

    Tino

In Portugal I have only been to Lisbon, Fátima and a small town called Entroncamento, but the next time I get to Europe, I'll make sure to include Portugal and Ponte de Lima in my destinations, because you'll have to allow me to see your work live!:thumb::thumb::cool:sign1
That's looking great, man! Parabéns! = Congratulations!

Rogério - If you come to Ponte de Lima, yes we can talk about come here seeing my models. If it was now I would tell you that it wasnt possible but in the near future I think it will be possible.

I start to build the top of the tower. It does not have many pieces but have a lot of small triagles to cut out.

    Sea is... the sea!

From one old sailor to another: the sea still rumbles in my ears, and runs in my veins! :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

For today, I show the final steps to glue the third floor to the second floor, before glue the top of the tower.

Tino, that's really something, man. Your attention to the details and "smoothness" in building it makes it absolutely magnificent.
I hope I can see it live someday... At least I'll be able to declare how much I admire that work in our plain, good Portuguese! HOHOHOHOHOH...
