Generally China has a very low respect for intellectual property rights, although the government are trying to tighten up on it.

"Parts of the copyright law are stupid. If you give something away for free, then tell someone not to give to someone else, that's REAL ignorance."

This guy just don't get it. Sheesh and double sheesh!

Somebody should go punch this guy's lights out and then explain that parts of the law of assault and battery are stupid.

i've adopted a freebie policy similar to FG. sometimes, free models of a certain subject are free for a limited time. then they go back to the sales category. some folks have asked permission to distribute versions of free models, sometimes their own version. this is often granted. they may do so until it goes back up for sale. who, what, where, and when is up to me alone. why is nobody's business... his comment of "stupid" copyright laws sounds like a classic defense mechanism and it would certainly sink any chances he would have in litigation. maybe he should write a letter to his congressman!

His argument that His action of selling other peoples freely given models makes money for those same people, holds absolutely no water with me either.
Well, a swift, hard kick to his groin ought to be a swift hard kick to the groin of every other thief on the planet too!
Same theory right? I say we test this theory.

Not a very good argument, someone should organize a class-action suit.
