Guys, I got this thing a while back and have finally brought it out to start playing with it. I was wondering if anyone else has one or something similar as I having trouble when I cut the really thin material it tend to flex and then ruins the stock for the next straight cut. Does anyone have any tips for cutting 1/32 basswood sheets down to size?? Any other hints would be appreciated.Thanks Pat

I don't have one, but I do have a Dremel and have been thinking about building something like it. Maybe lightly clamping both sides of the stock, or maybe two parallel fences to hold the stock straight and in position? 
I dont have one either, but perhaps something like a zero-clearence insert would keep the wood from bending in towards the blade. It works on larger table saws. I don't know if the Dremel has an insert, but what you need to do is either make an insert without a blade hole, then run the blade up through it while it's running, or if there is no insert, then make an overlay for the table and do the same thing.
