Does any one make curved turnouts(switches)?

Im looking for a curved turnout to save alittle space on my layout and make stuff fit better. I am using code 100 track. Can anyone tell me who makes these? Thanks.

Check out Peco. don't the know which code for HO, but they make them in n-scale.

There's another 2 at the bottom of the link page which are set-track curved points and are tighter radii.

Model Power also makes them, but I question their reliablity.
