Different again

    Tyson set me off with his photo, so I thought what about doing it the other way where the background seems to be on the move, but the loco is in focus. See what you think.

    Great, Shamus.

    I remember that years ago John Allen set up a fairly complex jig that would allow his camera to travel with a loco, to get the same effect.

    ....I just looked for it in Linn Westcott's book "Model Railroading with John Allen." It's on page 122.

    Super shot Shamus, I love it. Got a feeling though that if the engineer don't ease up on the hammer he's going to pull a Casey Jones! :D

    I just hope the chopper pilot is watching the trees and not Paul taking the shots of that steamer. :D :D :D ;)

    Question...Is that a straight pin stuck in the trucks of the car behind the loco so the drivers will slip??? or am I revealing a "trick of the trade" :D :D
