I just aw this. It looks like a real beauty. You can't have enough Beavers. It would be nice to see one in aluminum (aluminium, for the minority out there) skin, maybe with some stripes, and landing gear instead of floats. It's a beauty the way it sits though. I don't think he knows how to make a bad model. :) .

I always recommend to use silver / metallic card for certain pieces which are made of aluminium or steel in reality, for example. A drawn texture can be fine but using coated card makes the result look so much more convincing. :)

The aluminum as an undercoat makes for some good weathering also, as the paint can be rubbed off the leading edge, leaving the aluminum showing underneath. :)
